Origins

I love to cook, I've always loved to cook for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, it allowed me to cross the generational gaps and connect with my grandparents, and now it's a way for me to connect with my heritage. There's just one problem: I'm a vegan. In many ways, this is fitting as I've never been one for rules and always like to mess around with recipes and ingredients. So I started this blog, to help me remember all of the amazing things I make and hopefully to give anyone out there some ideas too.
